Rich holds an MBA from Harding University and a Master’s in Biblical Studies from Charis Bible College. Since 2008, he has been dedicated to teaching and sharing godly insights from the scriptures. As an accomplished author, Rich has written several impactful books, including Jesus: God or Man? (2017), Good Health and Long Life: Another Perspective (2018), King David and Other Kings: Life Lessons for Today (2018), and Where is Your Prosperity? Countering the Third World Mentality (2019), along with the Got Questions? Got Answers series (2020-2021).

Rich has served in various leadership roles, including Assistant Dean of Education at Charis Bible College, Woodland Park, and Director of both Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College Uganda. He has also been an associate pastor at a local church in Colorado Springs. In addition to his ministry work, Rich is the CEO of Career Glimpse, a non-profit educational organization, and the Senior Pastor and founder of North Ministries. He also serves on the Board of Directors for AsOne Ministries US.
